Visits are recorded for quality and training, and our service is only available with consent to recording. We ask for it before the first visit, together with consent to care and to sharing reports with family.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging us. Without consent to recording, home visits stop.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or erase your data.
